Is access to properties paid? +

No. Access to the portfolio and the search mandate are free for the buyer: our fees are paid by the seller.

What proof of financial capacity do I need to provide? +

A bank attestation or a confirmation from your wealth manager is enough at this stage. No document is passed to the seller without your consent.

How soon will I see properties? +

It depends on your criteria: exceptional properties are rare by nature. The search mandate guarantees you priority as soon as a file matches – never false leads to keep you busy.

Can I remain completely anonymous? +

Yes. Your identity is revealed to the seller only at the moment you choose – some of our buyers view through a representative right up to the offer.

Where to find a prestige property
