We only collect the data you send us voluntarily through our forms: identity (first name, last name), contact details (email, telephone), and information about your property project (property type, location, budget, horizon). Browsing this site is not subject to any advertising tracking.

Your data is processed exclusively to: respond to your requests (valuation, access to properties, network application), follow up on your file, and – with your consent – inform you of opportunities matching your criteria. It is never used for unsolicited canvassing.

Confidentiality is the heart of our profession. Your data is never sold, rented or assigned. It is only shared with members of our professional network with your explicit consent, strictly within the scope of your project, and under the confidentiality agreements binding every member.

Your data is kept for the duration of our relationship, then for a maximum of five years after the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies (transaction files: ten years).

Data is hosted on secure infrastructure. Access is restricted to the people strictly required to handle your file – three people at most, in line with our internal organisation.

Under the nFADP, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. Any request may be addressed to Stanislas.roux@offer.immo – reply within 30 days. You may also refer the matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
